The highlight of the stay were the thoughtful, friendly and helpful staff. They always went over and above, had suggestions when needed and made us laugh. The property is centrally located, close to parks, the science museum and short ride to the main city areas. It's beautiful to walk around, and the spa offers good massages, jacuzzi and sauna.

the property was good. however, they charged almost SR900 more than what I reserved on booking.com.

It is located in the middle of city and one of best 5 stars hotel in Ethiopia and the hotel has like auditorium or hall for events, they have free airport shuttle from and to airport 24 hours if you stay there

Defiantly had a great stay... clean, comfortable, very nice staff. All in all was a great and awesome experience. I had a problem on my card after leaving the country and the hotel helped me with that issue professionally.
